Subscription and Billing
Our app offers subscription plans on a monthly and yearly basis. Both plans are set to auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Subscription management, including cancellations, is handled through our third-party payment provider, RevenueCat. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, refunds are not generally given however they can be given in exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
User Responsibilities
Users must use the app responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Misuse of the app, including but not limited to unauthorised account sharing, illegal activity, or any behaviour that disrupts the app's functionality, is strictly prohibited.
Account Management
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of offensive or inappropriate names or any behaviour deemed harmful to the app or its community.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, including but not limited to payment processing by RevenueCat. Your use of the app is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.
Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms within the app. By continuing to use the app after any changes, you agree to the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of BoardMate and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without explicit permission.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in, in accordance with the applicable laws of United Kingdom.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services, including RevenueCat for payment processing, is governed by their terms and policies.
